Actual Talent (incorporating Actual Commercials) is a boutique agency representing a unique list of extraordinarily talented and diverse actors in all areas of stage, screen, commercial, digital & audio, from around the world.
Formerly known as CSA (est. 1993 as a division of Shepherd Management Ltd), Actual Talent was established in 2022 as a standalone, independent bespoke agency.
At the helm is Karen Hough, who with 30 years experience as an agent, has established a reputation of working tirelessly for her clients and having an approachable, reliable, knowledgeable and trusted relationship with both casting directors and producers alike.
Actual Commercials is the separate commercial division of Actual Talent, which represents some of the best commercial talent, solely for their advertising work, worldwide.
Actual Talent are members of the PMA.
